Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NicheLaunchers website, platform, business tools, provider network, business owner systems, websites, service request features, dashboards, automation, resources, and related services.

By creating an account, registering as a service provider, purchasing or activating a business package, or otherwise using NicheLaunchers, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use the NicheLaunchers services.

NicheLaunchers provides technology, business infrastructure, website tools, business operating resources, service request opportunities, provider profiles, account access, automation, and other features designed to help independent businesses and service providers operate and grow.

Features available to you may depend on your account type, selected business category, subscription, package, geographic availability, eligibility, system configuration, or other applicable requirements.

A person or business may register as a service provider without purchasing a NicheLaunchers website or Full Launch Package.

Provider registration may include access to a provider profile, service and category listings, ZIP or service-area matching, job or service request opportunities, and other provider-network features made available by NicheLaunchers.

Registration does not guarantee that you will receive customers, jobs, requests, leads, revenue, contracts, or any specific volume of business.

Business Owner accounts may provide access to a business website, Business Dashboard, calendar and booking tools, portfolio tools, business assets, AI-assisted features, knowledge resources, service request tools, theme personalization, and other business operating systems.

Certain features may require an active paid subscription or other eligibility requirements.

NicheLaunchers may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features as the platform evolves.

Service providers and Business Owners using NicheLaunchers operate independently.

NicheLaunchers does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise relationship, or agency relationship merely because you use the platform.

You are responsible for operating your own business, including licensing, insurance, taxes, permits, professional requirements, customer relationships, pricing, workmanship, and compliance with laws applicable to your services.

NicheLaunchers may facilitate connections between customers and service providers through job requests, service requests, booking inquiries, bids, quotes, or similar opportunity systems.

NicheLaunchers does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legitimacy, value, completion, payment, or outcome of any request, opportunity, customer inquiry, bid, quote, or transaction.

Providers and customers are responsible for evaluating one another and agreeing to the scope, price, timing, payment terms, and performance of services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must notify NicheLaunchers if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

You may not use NicheLaunchers to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, credentials, or services.
• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit another user.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or disrupt protected portions of the platform.
• Upload malicious software, harmful code, or content designed to compromise the platform.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited commercial activity.

Paid products or subscriptions are charged according to the pricing, billing frequency, and terms presented when you purchase or activate the applicable service.

Subscription features may become unavailable if payment fails, a subscription expires, or an account is downgraded or terminated.

Promotional pricing, trials, discounts, introductory offers, and special packages may have additional conditions presented at the time of enrollment.

NicheLaunchers retains ownership of its underlying software, platform architecture, automation, templates, systems, workflows, interfaces, proprietary business infrastructure, and other protected technology.

Your use of a NicheLaunchers website, theme, dashboard, or business system does not transfer ownership of the underlying NicheLaunchers platform or proprietary technology to you.

You retain responsibility for business information, logos, photos, descriptions, materials, and other content you provide, subject to the rights necessary for NicheLaunchers to host, display, process, and operate those materials on your behalf.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or provide to NicheLaunchers.

You grant NicheLaunchers permission to host, process, reproduce, display, resize, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate your account, website, profile, business tools, and related platform services.

NicheLaunchers may integrate with or rely on third-party technology, hosting, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, scheduling, artificial intelligence, or other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability may be outside the direct control of NicheLaunchers.

NicheLaunchers may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, address fraud or abuse, maintain platform security, comply with law, respond to nonpayment, or protect the NicheLaunchers system.

Account termination may result in loss of access to features, dashboards, websites, business systems, opportunities, or other platform resources associated with the account.

NicheLaunchers provides business infrastructure and technology, but does not guarantee income, customers, leads, bookings, jobs, profitability, business success, market demand, or any particular financial result.

Business performance depends on many factors outside the control of NicheLaunchers.

To the extent permitted by law, NicheLaunchers services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, continuous availability, or that every feature will always operate without interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NicheLaunchers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, loss of business, loss of opportunity, lost profits, third-party conduct, or transactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

NicheLaunchers may update these Terms as the platform, services, legal requirements, or business operations evolve.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when material changes are made.
